The person in this position is not developing products, but instead is developing systems for the other developers, so that they can do their job as good as possible. In this position he will develop and maintain the systems, and support and train the users. We need somebody strong for this position, who can fight his way through the complexity of a big infrastructure system on his own without having to check everytime with others.
